This full-time hourly position is open for immediate hiring, with compensation reflecting the breadth of your experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of heavy equipment safely and efficiently, including but not limited to: Excavators, Dozers, Skid Steers, Mini Excavators, and Front-End Loaders.
- Strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct maintenance checks and perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Manage and execute miscellaneous job-related duties as necessary.
- Demonstrate a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency in equipment operation.
- Accurately complete required documentation and operate within the guidelines of the company’s policies.
- Maintain compliance with safety, operating, and maintenance instructions and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operating heavy equipment.
- Strong commitment to safety standards and procedures.
- Valid Driver’s License (Required).
- Ability to pass a drug screening test.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to perform various duties as assigned.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to understand and follow operating and maintenance instructions.
